Prior experience with ownership and responsibility for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and productivity of manufacturing tools/processes is required. Experience with one or more of these platforms is highly desirable.Akrion SCP9400, Akrion GAMA, Screen WS-821L or similar style wet benchesSemitool Raider, SST, SAT or Screen Scrubber tracks model 80B/80EXKey ChallengesIdentification and reduction of recurrent machine faultsSourcing and installing new equipmentReducing defectivityDefining tool maintenance proceduresTraining technicians and peersImproving tool utilization and availabilityReducing costReducing scrapSupporting development activitiesDeveloping and writing specificationsImplementation of Six-Sigma statistical process control methodsCapacity planning and modelingParticipating in and/or leading cross-functional and lean activity teamsJob Qualifications:Must have BS degree in engineering or a degree in relevant field of study.7-10 years’ experience in equipment engineering in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.Previous experience in at least one or more of the following tools/processes preferred: Akrion SCP9400, Akrion GAMA, Screen WS-821L or similar style wet benches, Semitool Raider, SST, SAT or Screen Scrubber tracks model 80B/80EX.Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret equipment performance data and produce a timely action plan to resolve recurring equipment failures.Demonstrated presentation skills.
