CNC Lathe Operator – Join a Values-Driven Team!

We’re looking for a motivated CNC Lathe Operator to join our small business—a team that values integrity, hard work, and mutual respect. This is a hands-on role involving CNC Lathe programming and operation for machining plastic parts , as well as forklift operation to retrieve materials.

What We’re Looking For:

Ability to read and create CAD drawings (Fusion for drawings and programming)
Experience programming, setting up, and running CNC lathes.
Experience with troubleshooting tooling and machine issues.
Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and operate forklift occasionally.
Ability to follow directions and contribute positively to our work culture
