Bachelor’s in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or related field, National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent), and 1–2+ years recent hospital lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:

• 8/17 start date
• 7 shifts of 10 hours each, all worked consecutively in one week, then 7 days off (total: 70 hours per two-week period)
• Night shifts: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Work week: Friday through Thursday

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Sciences or a related field required
• Previous clinical laboratory experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment and methodologies, including hematology, chemistry, and microbiology
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate laboratory tests and quality control procedures in accordance with established protocols
• Analyze results, identify discrepancies, and report critical findings promptly to healthcare providers
• Maintain clean, safe, and efficient laboratory workspace
• Troubleshoot equipment and instrument issues as they arise
• Document all procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment plans

$1,729 - $1,822/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
