Bachelor’s in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or related field, National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent), and 1–2+ years recent hospital lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule:

• 8/17 start date
• Seven consecutive 10-hour night shifts (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM), followed by seven days off
• Rotating biweekly schedule (70 hours in two weeks)
• Schedule runs Friday through Thursday, ending each week on Thursday

Qualifications:

• Current certification or eligibility as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or closely related field
• Experience in a clinical laboratory (hospital or reference lab preferred)
• Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and workflow
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills
• Collaborative spirit with a commitment to accuracy and quality

Responsibilities:

• Perform a broad range of laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and immunology
• Analyze and document laboratory data promptly and accurately
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as needed
• Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and quality assurance standards
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely communication of critical results
• Support laboratory operations, including specimen processing and inventory management

$1,729 - $1,822/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
