A nonprofit health organization located in Kansas City, MO is currently seeking a Pharmacist - PRN to join their team! Check out the details below: Title: Pharmacist - PRN Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Setting: Family Medicine Location: Kansas City, MO Schedule: PRN, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Pay: $57-$101/hr based on experience The Pharmacist - PRN will be responsible for but not limited to: Improve patient care through medication management, patient education, collaboration with healthcare staff, and oversight of pharmaceutical supplies Should develop a program to assist in the monitoring of patients on chronic therapy, e.g., diabetes, hypertension with respect to effectiveness of therapy and refilling of prescriptions Should develop a system for review of medications used to inform the patient of potential side effects, proper methods of taking medications and possible undesirable, but normal or expected reactions REQUIREMENTS Registered pharmacist in the State of Missouri Must have 10 years experience working in a fast-paced pharmacy #J-18808-Ljbffr Favorite Healthcare Staffing, Inc.
