Relationship Banker

Role Overview: The Relationship Banker acts as a trusted advisor, engaging clients through consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and recommend personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive growth by promoting and selling bank products and services, including deposits, loans, and referrals to other banking lines. Provide tailored financial advice aligned with clients’ short- and long-term objectives, deepening relationships and enhancing satisfaction. Conduct proactive outreach via calls to identify client needs and opportunities for additional products. Support a high-performance sales culture by coaching team members on sales techniques and product knowledge. Deliver excellent client service by efficiently processing transactions, resolving issues promptly, and minimizing wait times. Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, and risk management protocols. Assist in operational tasks such as training new associates, managing vault responsibilities, and maintaining audit controls. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
