Format: Hybrid Training (In-Person + Online Components if located outside of Lafayette but must live in Louisiana).

Here’s the timeline for the Financial Planner Training Program:
1. You will need:
- Life & Health License (2 weeks of training)
- We'll send you our code to get Kaplan Live Training online
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field ( preferred but not required ).
- A desire to pursue the SIE, Series 7 Topper & Series 66 (we'll sponsor you!)
- If you already have the Life & Health License or SIE it is a plus!
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Curiosity, coachability, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role.
- A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success.

MUST live in Louisiana near one of the above offices.
