Physician - Nephrology Profession: Nephrologist Specialty: CGMS Duration: 26 weeks Shift: 5x8.0 Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Required Certifications: Required Must-Have: Experience in nephrology Description:Nephrologist needed for part-time position.Position involves treating patients with kidney diseases.Expected patient load is approximately 14 patients per day.Typical age range of patients is 20 years and older.Common cases include diabetes-related complications and hypertension.Support staff includes 1 registered nurse and a health technician.Administrative tasks are minimal and primarily handled by support staff.Nephrology templates and order sets are integrated into the electronic medical record system.Imaging, pathology, and lab results can be obtained within one week.Over 300 chronic kidney disease, end-stage renal disease, transplant, and acute kidney injury patients are managed.No procedures such as biopsies or dialysis catheter management are expected to be performed.Dialysis services are provided through a local facility.Home dialysis options are limited to peritoneal dialysis only.Collaboration with specialists is not currently available.Good relationships exist with local dialysis centers. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
