About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design and present customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales position where you'll use our innovative iPad-based sales system to create beautiful bath designs, educate homeowners, and close sales. Responsibilities Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system. Design customized bath remodeling solutions with our user-friendly software. Build rapport with homeowners and provide expert product recommendations. Present pricing options and confidently close sales. Participate in weekly sales training to continually improve your skills and performance. Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through the sale. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred. Experience in the home improvement or remodeling industry is a plus. Comfortable delivering presentations and speaking with homeowners. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed. Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the local service area.
