Industrial Maintenance Technician

$32–$40 per hour | 1st & 2nd Shift Openings

Bring your electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to Fidelis Logistics. We’re hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot production equipment, complete repairs, and keep our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures using multimeters, electrical diagrams, and other diagnostic tools.
• Repair or replace motors, sensors, wiring, switches, drives, and controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment adjustments, and parts replacements.
• Work with production to resolve breakdowns and reduce recurring downtime.
• Document repairs and parts used in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Follow required safety procedures during maintenance and repairs.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and use diagnostic tools
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance
• Availability to work one of the listed shifts

Preferred Experience

• Programmable logic controller (PLC) troubleshooting
• Variable frequency drives (VFDs)
• Yaskawa robotics
• CMMS platforms
