Trueline is a respected industrial equipment and service organization, is seeking a Service Manager to lead its West Sacramento service operation.

What You'll Do as the Service Manager:

• Lead daily service operations and departmental performance
• Develop and mentor technicians and service personnel
• Manage productivity, workflow, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and operational metrics
• Partner with internal departments to support customer success
• Promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Must-Haves as the Service Manager:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in industrial equipment, heavy equipment, fleet, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, or related service operations
• Experience leading technicians in a customer-facing service environment
• Strong operational, financial, and customer service skills
• Ability to build teams and drive performance
• Valid driver's license
