This role is hands-on and operationally focused, responsible for bringing up new sites, implementing network changes, and ensuring reliable connectivity across on-premise and cloud systems.You’ll work closely with infrastructure, IT, security, and operations teams to deploy network infrastructure, automate configuration through Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and maintain a highly reliable production environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys solving real-world infrastructure challenges across both physical and cloud networking environments.What You’ll DoDeploy and configure network infrastructure for new facilities and site expansionsImplement and manage network changes, upgrades, and operational improvementsConfigure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless infrastructureDeploy and support VPN technologies including GlobalProtect and site-to-site VPN tunnelsDesign and build a robust SD-WAN ecosystem.Support cloud networking environments such as AWS and AzureSupport networking for Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloadsBuild and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) automation for network provisioning and configurationRack, cable, and deploy network hardware across facilities and data centersTroubleshoot connectivity, routing, DNS, and performance issues across LAN/WAN and cloud networksWork with ISPs and telecommunications providers for circuit provisioning, troubleshooting, and redundancyCoordinate with low-voltage vendors for cabling, fiber runs, and network infrastructure installationSupport connectivity for security cameras, door access systems, and facility infrastructureSupport corporate Wi-Fi networks and wireless access pointsMaintain monitoring, documentation, and operational runbooks for network infrastructureParticipate in on-call rotations, incident response, and after-hours maintenance windowsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in network administration, network operations, or infrastructure engineeringStrong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, wireless, VLANs, DNS, and DHCPExperience with VPN technologies (GlobalProtect, IPsec site-to-site tunnels, remote access VPNs)Experience supporting multi-site enterprise networksExperience with cloud networking environments (AWS or Azure)Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Git, Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, CICD, etc.)Experience troubleshooting network performance and connectivity issuesStrong operational mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environmentsWhat Will Set You ApartCurrent CCNA / CCNP or other equivalent certificationsExperience with Palo Alto firewalls, Juniper switches and wireless access pointsFamiliarity with AWS networking services (VPC, Direct Connect, VPN Gateway)Experience supporting Kubernetes networking concepts (CNI, ingress, service networking)Experience managing ISP relationships and circuit provisioningExperience coordinating with low-voltage contractors and structured cabling vendorsExperience supporting facility systems (cameras, access control, IoT devices)Experience with high availability production environments (24/7 Operations)Physical & Operational RequirementsAbility to lift and move networking equipment (~50 lbs)Comfortable working in data centers and equipment rooms10–20% travel required for site deploymentsParticipation in on-call rotation and occasional after-hours maintenanceCompensationFor this role, the target salary range is $154,000k - $185,000k (actual range may vary based on experience).This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
