divh2Service Associate/h2pOur client, an AV manufacturing company, is looking for a Service Associate for their Los Angeles, CA location. Responsibilities include:/pulliSupporting company milestones and optimizing drive operations across multiple locations./liliEnsuring the vehicles, equipment, and workplace are clean and ready for use./liliProviding logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment./liliAssisting with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness./liliPerforming routine fueling of our test vehicles and supporting equipment./liliExecuting mission prep procedures, which include, but are not limited to launching software across several devices per vehicle, verifying SW and HW configurations, capturing requested data, and escalating issues as they arise./liliSupporting the readiness of spare parts and the associated inventory./liliProviding support with direct ingesting vehicles as well as deploying SW./liliProviding hands-on technical support to the BaseOps technicians (fluid changes, part replacements, wiring checks, etc)./liliGeneral testing support (documentation, pre-mission assistance, cone courses, obstacles, traffic control, support vehicle driving)./li/ulpRequirements include:/pulli2 - 4 years of work experience./liliAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around./liliAbility to go up and down stairs, as well as stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, kneel, and reach during shifts./liliPossess a get it done attitude and a sense of urgency to resolve problems and tasks./liliMust have the proven ability to problem solve and deliver on high-pressure situations./liliMust have the proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deliverables./liliExcellent written/verbal communication skills./liliWorks well in a team environment./liliTechnical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repair./liliProficiency with Jira/Confluence/MS Office/Google Suites./liliExperience working in a fast-paced environment./li/ulpWhy should you apply?/pulliHealth benefits./liliReferral program./liliExcellent growth and advancement opportunities./li/ulpICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
