Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active Massachusetts PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings.
• New graduates not accepted. Candidates must have prior clinical experience.
• Completion of three HealthStream modules prior to the assignment is required. Agency will be reimbursed upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked (reimbursement handled by the agency).
• Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift name: Days.
• Shift details: Monday–Friday, 0800–1630.
• Schedule expectations: Clinic may require availability for two evenings per week until 1900 and may be open to 4x10s.
• Productivity expectation: Approximately 55–63 patients per week.
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week.
• Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
• EMR: Raintree.
• Cancel notice: 30 days.
