Immediate Opening in St. Joseph, Michigan for Advanced Machine Operators.
Shift: evenings Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm
Pay: $20/hr.
- Set up, operate, and adjust assigned production machines according to work instructions and specifications.
- Perform routine machine changeovers, calibrations, and basic mechanical adjustments.
- Trouble shoot, do set up and is good with numbers and math.
- Monitor machine performance, material flow, and product quality throughout each run.Maintain required production rates and minimize downtime.
- Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 1–3 years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety guidelines, and basic blueprints.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools, gauges, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Preferred Experience operating multiple machine types or automated systems.
- Basic computer skills (MES systems, machine interfaces, or production software).
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
