Job Description

• Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess the needs of patients and devise tailored therapeutic strategies to help them achieve their functional objectives.

• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to provide holistic, comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapy strategies to facilitate ongoing recovery at home.
• Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment strategies as necessary to keep patients on track.

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Continuing education and advanced certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary
