Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to offer holistic care that addresses all aspects of health.

Educate Patients and Families: Provide informative guidance to patients and their families regarding therapy techniques to encourage continued progress at home.

Track and Adjust Treatment Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring each patient stays on track towards their goals.

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program

Continuing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
