ANDRITZ Metals USA ANDRITZ Metals USA designs and builds equipment for the processing of carbon steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metal including pickling lines, coating lines, levelers, cut to length lines, slitting lines as well as continuous or batch furnaces for reheating slabs, blooms, billets, and structural shapes. We specialize in supplying knives for metal processing equipment including shear blades, slitting knives and slitting spacers. We also provide mill and coil processing equipment rebuild and retrofit. Additionally, we provide service parts and roll and knife regrind services for rolling mills and strip processors and provide a wide range of mechanical and electrical components for ANDRITZ equipment, as well as for many other brands in the industry. The Role Under the direction of Customer Service Supervisor , the Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for soliciting inquires, tendering quotations, and issuing specific sales orders for parts and rolls. Requirements Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Key Result Items Soliciting pricing and delivery dates from vendors as required Soliciting pricing information from Estimating Department Establishing delivery dates to customers utilizing vendor and internal manufacturing capabilities Establishing specific selling prices using standard pricing information and/or standard markups Providing customer with written sales proposal Issuing specific written sales order received Responding to customer inquiries for order status, delivery dates, etc. Performing other related duties as assigned Customer Focus Ownership for Performance Shared Commitment Job Specific Competencies Good interpersonal relations and communications skills Strong communications skills in dealing with customers and inter-company Working knowledge of and experience with computers Excellent phone skills Education and Experience Requires a high school diploma and 3-5 years’ experience in the sale of heavy-duty mill-type parts and equipment. Broad knowledge of equipment built by the Company Reading of blueprints required.
