Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to formulate accurate diagnoses and tailor treatment plans that consider cultural diversity and the unique needs of individuals.

• Utilize the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and other clinical tools to continuously evaluate patient progress and the success of interventions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices to support patients’ mental health objectives effectively.

• Prepare and maintain detailed clinical documentation—including treatment records, progress notes, and reports—ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to develop individualized treatment strategies, continually reassessing approaches based on real-time feedback and evolving patient needs.

• Act as a liaison for patients, coordinating service referrals and establishing relationships with treatment providers to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Engage in mentoring and educational activities for students, interns, and other team members, contributing to their professional development within the mental health field.

• Participate in peer reviews and clinical discussions, providing insights to enhance the practice and effectiveness of the team.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
