Key Qualifications:

• Valid California Teaching Credential required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Active California SLP license
• Experience with SEIS (Special Education Information System) essential
• Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Collaborative spirit to work effectively with educators, families, and school teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs of students across various caseloads
• Develop and implement individualized intervention and therapy plans
• Maintain robust documentation and compliance reporting using SEIS
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing insights and progress with staff and families
• Consult and collaborate with teachers to integrate supportive strategies within classrooms
• Monitor and adjust therapy plans based on student progress and evolving needs
