Overview Currently our Victorville Motors Automotive Dealership is looking to add a

BUSINESS MANAGER

The Business Manager manages the accounting operations of the business. He or she maintains an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk. In addition, the Business Manager develops periodic financial reports that comply with generally accepted accounting principles. The ideal candidate has a degree in Accounting or Business Administration and at least two years of experience in a position of similar responsibility. He or she must be detail-oriented and good with numbers and proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Certified Public Accountants (CPA) preferred. Responsibilities Oversee the financial and accounting system and personnel at the dealership. Meet with management team regularly to go over business matters and develop plans to increase profitability. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets and financial statements accurately and timely. Review financial statements, ledgers and work with accounting team to clear up any discrepancies. Prepare and process all tax reporting. Coordinate with your team members regarding account reconciliations, journal entries, etc. Support your staff members with the guidance necessary to be productive and efficient. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications IF YOU HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS MANAGER EXPERIENCE! College degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred. Must be motivated, self directed problem solver. Excellent staff management skills. Must possess good organizations skills.Must have overall knowledge of Automotive Business Office duties. Ability to communicate well with staff, management and vendors. Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a faced paced environment.
