Window Genie is the largest residential window cleaning company in the USA. We are a Neighborly company, the largest home services franchise company in the World. Our services include window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, holiday lighting, and window tinting.

- No Experience Needed
- Prior experience running a crew is a plus but not mandatory
- Paid Training
- Learn a Skilled Trade
- Drive a Company Vehicle
- Earn up to $20-25 per hour & $1,000 per week

- 5 Days paid vacation per year after 6 months of employment
- Dental and Vision after 90 days
- All Paid Holidays
- No Late Nights and almost no weekends. Saturdays reserved for Holiday Lighting in October and November during peak season. No Sundays
- Lead a home services team/ crew
- Perform residential window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, holiday lighting, and window tinting services
- Perform other home services as necessary
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
- No experience necessary but prior experience in any of our service categories is a plus
- Physical ability to lift ladders
- Willing and able to work up to 32' on a ladder
