PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Adults and Pediatrics
• Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 5,500 annual ED visits; 250 deliveries/year
• Case Mix: General anesthesia cases including Orthopedics, OB/GYN, GI, Urology, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, Pain, Bariatrics, and General surgery
FACILITY INFORMATION
• No. of Beds in Department: 25 beds
• Trauma Level: Level III
• Office Equipment Available: Standard anesthesia and surgical equipment
• Specialty Backup Available: OB/GYN, Ortho, GI, Neurosurgery, ENT, Urology, and other surgical specialties
• Support Staff Available: OR and perioperative staff
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Regional and General
• Spinal anesthetics
• Ortho, Spine, Gen (include robotic), GYN, Uro, Eyes, GI, and ENT
• Spinal anesthetics
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 30-45 days
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active WY license or IMLC
• Board: NBCRNA certification
• Certifications: ACLS required; PALS required if performing sedation
• Other Qualifications: Must be comfortable with a wide range of anesthesia procedures including OB and spine cases
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide anesthesia services across a variety of surgical specialties
• Perform regional and general anesthesia techniques
• Support obstetric and surgical cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
