This full-time, on-site position is responsible for maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing reporting processes, and supporting operational growth through financial analysis and strategic oversight. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and payroll functions Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial reporting requirements Supervise and mentor accounting staff while improving internal processes Conduct financial analysis and cost management initiatives Maintain and optimize ERP systems and financial software tools Qualifications: Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Experience with general accounting, reconciliations, AP/AR, and payroll operations Knowledge of tax compliance, auditing, and regulatory reporting procedures Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required CPA designation preferred Prior leadership experience within accounting or finance teams preferred Ability to work on-site in Akron, Ohio Interested in hearing more?
