Adams, Inc. has been in the Electrical Contracting business since 1988. We are a family-owned, value-based construction company offering services in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Solar, and Home Backup Power Systems to Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Customers. We have seven locations across Wisconsin and Illinois.

We are seeking a Temporary Journeyman or Master Electrician to assist with the installations of Home Backup Power Generators in the Hazelhurst, WI area.This position is being offered as a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 90 days. During this period, Adams will evaluate overall performance, attendance, reliability, safety, and adherence to Company policies. If business needs continue and performance meets Adams' expectations, Adams may, at its sole discretion, offer a regular full-time position. As a temporary employee, you will not be eligible for Adams sponsored employee benefits during the temporary assignment, except as otherwise required by applicable law or the terms of the applicable benefit plans. There is no guarantee of continued employment or an offer of regular employment following the temporary assignment.

• Support team members by assisting with generator placement and trenching when needed.

• Submit material usage and checklist updates to the Installation Lead.

• Ensure trailers are properly stocked with electrical components before each installation. 
• Ensure all notes and required fields are completed in Service Titan to ensure a smooth invoicing process.

• Safeguard company equipment and resources during installations. 
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations during trenching and outdoor work.
