Responsibilities Service existing customers and assist with processing new insurance applications Prospect and initiate new business sales while building business referrals and cultivating relationships. Help develop and implement office processes Maintain regular contact with customers, answer questions and make changes to existing policies. Drive business growth by generating leads, coordinating appointments, and effectively marketing tailored products and services to meet diverse customer needs. As an Agent Team Member, you'll enjoy Base Pay is determined by experience and background. Competitive compensation starting at $40,000-$45,000 base pay plus unlimited commissions, and bonus incentives.
