If you're a Medical Assistant/Patient Services Specialist who believes relationships matter and meaningful care starts from within, you'll feel right at home here.If you believe relationships matter and meaningful care starts from within, we'd love to connect.What you'll doYou'll play a key role in supporting both patients and providers by:Front Office/Patient Services SpecialistGreeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalismManaging calls, messages, scheduling, referrals, follow ups, and co paysAssisting with insurance verifications and prior authorizationsUpdating patient information and supporting clear communication between patients and providersClinical/Medical Assistant ResponsibilitiesRooming patients and preparing them for their visitTaking vitals, updating medical histories, and documenting in the HERAssisting providers with procedures and administering vaccinesPerforming point-of-care testingMaintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and following all safety protocolsWhat you bringAccredited MA training or equivalent experienceMA certification (or willingness to obtain, we will reimburse for your certification)1+ year of healthcare experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and teamwork skillsComfort working in a fast paced, patient centered environmentWhy you'll Love Working HereWe take care of our team so they can take care of patients.
