You will be supporting both General Education and Special Education students, leading initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive school environment. You’ll act as the school’s 504 Plan Coordinator, deliver targeted social-emotional support, and implement behavioral interventions. With a commitment through June 2027 and a generous schedule of 37.5 hours per week, you’ll have the chance to build lasting relationships and drive meaningful progress.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• State of Michigan licensure as a Social Worker
• Background supporting K-12 students in a school setting
• Strong clinical assessment, intervention, and crisis response skills
• Effective communicator who thrives in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment
• Experience with 504 Plan development and implementation preferred

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering evidence-based social-emotional support and crisis intervention services
• Coordinating and managing 504 Plans, ensuring compliance and effective communication across teams
• Collaborating daily with teachers, administrators, and families to address students’ unique needs
• Supporting positive behavior strategies and fostering a safe, supportive school culture
• Maintaining accurate case documentation and participating in student support meetings
