Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Active Michigan Social Worker licensure
• Previous experience supporting K-12 students in a school environment
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary, team-oriented environment

Primary Duties:

• Provide social-emotional counseling and behavioral interventions to both general education and special education students
• Serve as the 504 Plan Coordinator, ensuring appropriate accommodations and documentation for qualifying students
• Collaborate with staff, families, and administrators to promote student success and well-being
• Conduct needs assessments, develop individualized plans, and track student progress
• Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities as required
