Are you the go-to troubleshooter?
Can you track down a stubborn pneumatic leak, trace a fault in a 480V circuit, and still make time to log clear notes? Do conveyors feel familiar and PLC diagnostics come naturally? If so, you’ll thrive in this role focused on reliability, safety, and speed.
Your impact- Keep production running with disciplined preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose issues quickly and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Assist with machinery installs and upgrades to boost performance.
- Follow safety rules without compromise; document everything you do.
- Maintain tool control, accurate records, and a healthy spare parts inventory.
- Partner with production to minimize downtime and support facility upkeep.
- Join training sessions and drive continuous improvement.
- 3+ years in industrial maintenance with strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting on 480V systems and below.
- Solid knowledge of industrial machinery, shop tools, and plant equipment; conveyor experience preferred.
- Ability to read/interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, electrical schematics, and safety procedures.
- Hands-on experience repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Comfortable with PLC operation, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting.
- Independent, safety-minded problem solver who excels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Roles available on 1st and 2nd shift.
- Sign on bonus: $1,000
- Retention bonus up to $4,000
- New Hire Bonus Program: $1,000 sign-on, $2,000 at 90 days, $2,000 at 1 year
