DHP Marketing is hiring driven, competitive individuals for our Summer Sales Program —a high-intensity, high-reward opportunity built for people who want to earn big, grow fast, and challenge themselves in a short period of time.
This is an entry-level role where you'll work directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, build rapport, and help families protect their homes through DHP's professional pest control services. No prior sales experience is required—we provide a proven training system, daily coaching, and hands-on leadership support designed to turn motivated individuals into top performers within weeks.
What You'll Be Doing
Go door-to-door in assigned residential areas to speak with homeowners
Build quick, genuine rapport and educate customers on pest control solutions
Set appointments and generate new business for the team
Work alongside a competitive, supportive sales team in the field
Participate in daily training, coaching, and team meetings
