Title: Senior Business Analyst

Compensation: $130-150k/year 

Overview

Seeking a Business Analyst to support internal business applications within a specialized industry environment. This role focuses on gathering requirements, supporting system enhancements, and partnering with technical teams to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements
• Partner with stakeholders to support application enhancements and new initiatives
• Work closely with development and QA teams through the full project lifecycle
• Support implementation of new systems and improvements to existing platforms
• Create documentation such as requirements, process flows, and functional specs
• Analyze systems and ask informed questions around design and functionality

Requirements

• Experience working on large-scale projects or system implementations
• Strong documentation and requirements gathering skills
• Ability to work across both business and technical teams
• Understanding of application development and system design concepts
• Experience in a regulated or specialized industry environment preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, collaborative environment
