Prepare draft responses for review by the assigned AUSA and assist with timely filing of responses and related documents. Maintain organized tracking of deadlines, case status, and required follow-up actions. eDiscovery & Document Management Work with electronically stored information (ESI) and apply working knowledge of eDiscovery procedures, workflows, and resources. Use document-review, file-management, database, spreadsheet, word-processing, and imaging applications to support case preparation and litigation activities. Hands‑on experience with common computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, document‑review systems, file‑management systems, and imaging tools. Hands‑on familiarity with ESI tools and working knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines, multiple assignments, and sensitive legal information with a high degree of accuracy and discretion. Preferred Profile Experience supporting federal litigation, government legal teams, prosecutors, or similarly complex litigation environments. Experience researching and drafting materials involving habeas corpus, immigration matters, administrative law, or related federal proceedings. Ability to independently identify legal and procedural issues while working under attorney supervision. Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage time‑sensitive filings and case deadlines. This position is based in Washington, DC and is expected to operate in a hybrid arrangement, with approximately 50% remote flexibility.
