Supervisor till Bay Bay Pool Club Hjortviken Country Club erbjuder ett brett utbud av upplevelser med två restauranger, 150 hotellrum, sex barer, Pool Club och en ambitiös mötes- och eventverksamhet. Här arrangeras allt från mindre ledningsgruppsmöten och kreativa workshops till stora kickoffer, jubileumsmiddagar, bröllop och festkvällar. Du är på golvet, mitt i pulsen, tillsammans med ditt team och gästerna. Som Pool Club Supervisor Leder du genom att vara närvarande i verksamheten Du coachar i stunden och säkerställer service och kvalitet Försäljning och gästupplevelse driver du i realtid Har du ett nära samarbete med övriga Supervisors och Pool Club Manager Är du med och utvecklar den starka F&B profil som vår Pool Club har Ditt ansvar Operativ drift & gästupplevelse (huvudfokus) Säkerställa högsta nivå av service och kvalitet varje dag Arbeta aktivt med gästfeedback och NPS Hantera utmaningar och klagomål professionellt Driva merförsäljning och inspirera teamet till starka säljresultat Vara en synlig och energigivande ledare i verksamheten Ledarskap & teamutveckling Coacha och utveckla teamet i det dagliga arbetet Säkerställa att rutiner, SOP:ar och checklistor följs Introducera och stötta nya medarbetare Bidra till hög medarbetarnöjdhet (ENPS) Drift & struktur Säkerställa rätt bemanning utifrån bokningsläge Hantera beställningar, inventering och kassaavstämningar Följa upp nyckeltal och arbeta aktivt med förbättringar Vem är du?
