Pay: $17.00/hr

Location: Joliet, IL
- Operate machinery in the production process
- Set up machinery as required
- Inspect materials and finished products to meet quality standards
- Assist with loading raw materials via overhead crane
- Transport raw materials using overhead crane or forklift
- Ability to demonstrate solid written and oral communication
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management
- Safety awareness and effective team communication
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and assist with heavy loads
- Ability to work while standing for long periods
