Job Title: Marketing Representative – Diagnostic Imaging & Neurology (Personal Injury Focus)

Compensation: $65,000 base salary + upside performance bonus that puts strong producers well over $100,000 in total compensation

About the Role

Houston Neurology & Diagnostics is seeking an experienced marketing professional with established Personal Injury (PI) relationships to grow patient volume for our diagnostic imaging and neurology services. You’ll leverage existing attorney, chiropractor, and PI provider connections to drive referrals for various Neurology related TBI diagnostics as well as MRI with DTI, and neurology care related to accident and injury cases.

This is a results-oriented position. The $65,000 base provides stability, and the bonus structure is designed so that consistent performers earn well into six figures.

Compensation

• Base salary: $65,000.

• Bonus: Upside and structured around referral growth and production so that strong performers routinely exceed six figures in total earnings.

• Additional upside available for top performers and as the PI territory expands.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Market diagnostic imaging and neurology services specifically to Personal Injury attorneys, chiropractors, and related referral sources.

• Leverage and expand existing PI relationships to increase referral volume for Houston Neurology & Diagnostics

• Educate PI partners on our imaging capabilities, turnaround times, reporting, and patient experience advantages for injury cases.

• Develop new PI referral sources while maintaining and deepening current ones.

• Track referral activity, case volume, and results from the PI channel.

• Coordinate with clinical and scheduling teams to ensure smooth handling of PI-referred patients.

• Represent Houston Neurology & Diagnostics professionally in meetings, events, and outreach with the PI community.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate already has strong Personal Injury relationships with attorneys, chiropractors, and other PI referral sources and knows how to turn those connections into consistent imaging and neurology referrals.

• You are comfortable representing Houston Neurology & Diagnostics in the field, can clearly communicate the advantages of our diagnostic services for injury cases, and are self-motivated enough to manage your own pipeline and follow-up.

• Proven experience growing healthcare referrals, especially in the PI space, combined with reliability and strong relationship skills, is what separates top performers in this role.

Who Succeeds in This Role

• Existing Personal Injury (PI) relationships with attorneys, chiropractors, or other PI referral sources (required).

• Experience in medical device, diagnostic imaging, neurology, or healthcare marketing/sales, preferably in the PI space.

• Proven ability to grow referral volume through relationship-based marketing.

• Strong communication skills and credibility when speaking with attorneys and healthcare providers.

• Self-motivated, organized, and consistent with follow-up.

• Knowledge of the Houston PI and healthcare landscape is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
