Projects can include energy exploration or production, public-private partnerships, or private finance initiatives often focused on public infrastructure. The CIB Structured Finance-IC5 is responsible for the origination, structuring, distribution and trading of syndicated bank loans and other credit products to major corporations and institutions, as both issuers and investors, of their assigned own new business development goals.* Oversees the development of financial models and underwriting criteria in support of the groups origination activities.* Oversees production of offering memoranda and engagement letters.* Participates in transaction due diligence.* Researches/analyzes industries and market data.* Participates/performs transaction due diligence.* Oversees junior level staff from a financial, operational, competitive and industry perspective.* Creates Pitch Book presentations. **What You Bring:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
