Regional Director - Confidential ECC Exteriors, LLC Farmers Branch, Texas, United States About this position A growing, multi-state exterior renovation contractor specializing in large-scale roofing, coatings, painting, and siding projects for multifamily, HOA, and commercial properties is seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead sales and operations for an expanding region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and leading a full regional team — Sales Executives, Project Managers, and Superintendents — while driving regional revenue, profitability, and consistent, high-quality project execution and financial reporting from opportunity through closeout. This role reports to senior sales leadership. Key Responsibilities Build and lead a fully staffed, high-performing regional team consisting of Sales and Operations — training, coaching, and holding each team member accountable to company sales and operations standards. Own regional revenue and gross profit performance, monitoring sales KPIs and partnering with senior leadership on strategies to meet and exceed targets. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and field ride-alongs, along with weekly syncs with all direct reports. Own the Sales-to-Operations handoff process for the region, ensuring documentation is properly transferred and handoff meetings occur on every project before mobilization. Partner with Accounting on work-in-progress (WIP), billing, and open accounts receivable to keep budget projections and billing accurate and current. Support and advise on major client relationships and complex deals across the region's book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Ensure consistent, high-quality project closeouts with minimal aging or unresolved open receivables. Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the regional team, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, estimating, and operations. Qualifications Proven experience leading both a sales team and a field operations team, ideally within construction, exterior renovation, or a related industry. Working knowledge of roofing, coatings, painting, siding, and other exterior renovation processes, along with the multifamily/commercial renovation buying process. Track record of owning regional or territory-level revenue and profitability targets. Experience partnering with finance/accounting functions on WIP, billing, and receivables oversight. Strong coaching, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to travel throughout the assigned region as needed.
