BOM/HR Manager

We are currently seeking a Business Office/Human Resources Manager. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Support the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding staff. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including labor laws specific to healthcare and SNFs. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and leave policies. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions. Support HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and industry regulations. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation. Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations. Support and guide department heads in managing their teams effectively. Ensure a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. May substitute experience in lieu of degree. Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a healthcare or long‑term care setting. Strong knowledge of employment laws, wage and hour regulations, and SNF compliance requirements. Requirements: Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience can be used in lieu of a degree Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a healthcare or long‑term care setting. Experience in recruiting and onboarding healthcare professionals, including nurses and caregivers.
