Licensed Insurance Sales & Service - State Farm Agent Team Member

Are you an experienced insurance professional who enjoys selling, building relationships, and helping customers? Dave DiOrio State Farm is looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales & Service Team Member to join our Louisville, Colorado agency.

This is a sales-focused role with a customer service component approximately 70% sales and 30% service. Our service volume is manageable, so you'll have a real opportunity to spend your time following up with prospects, quoting coverage, closing new business, and growing existing accounts.

What You'll Do

• Follow up with insurance prospects and leads
• Quote and close new Auto, Home, and other insurance business
• Build relationships through consultative, low-pressure conversations
• Identify and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Work toward sales and multiline production goals
• Help customers with policy questions and coverage needs
• Process policy changes and updates
• Assist with billing questions and other service requests
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Look for appropriate opportunities to strengthen customer coverage

What We're Looking For

• Active Colorado Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Life & Health license preferred
• Insurance sales experience preferred
• State Farm experience is a plus
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable asking questions, identifying needs, and recommending coverage
• Motivated by sales results and earning opportunities
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Able to sell through relationships and good conversations not high-pressure tactics
• Bilingual candidates are welcome, but bilingual ability is not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $52,000$62,000 annual base salary
• Production bonus based on sales and multiline results
• Additional compensation opportunity based on production
