Responsibilities include:Applying generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to analyze financial informationProcessing and analyzing inventoryManaging order processingHandling accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsSupporting route accounting activitiesPerforming daily and monthly reconciliationsIdentifying and resolving discrepancies in a professional mannerAssisting with month-end close, including reports, general ledger entries, and accrualsProviding general administrative support (copying, filing, etc.)Completing other duties as assignedThis role is a great fit if you:Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a teamHave a knowledge & familiarity of accounting principlesHave 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory control, or similar accounting functionsAre both detail-oriented and solution-focusedCan manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlinesHold (or are currently pursuing) an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in AccountingCompensation $20.78 – $23.98 per hour, depending on experienceAdditional Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
