Functional Safety Supervisor

In this position... This role leads Functional Safety (ISO 26262) execution across assigned features, ensuring strong team management, cross-functional coordination, and adherence to Ford Functional Safety processes. The supervisor is accountable for delivering high-quality safety work products from HARA through verification and validation, while maintaining alignment with program milestones. The role partners closely with Feature System Engineers, suppliers, and engineering teams to drive consistent safety implementation and issue resolution. A key focus is placed on enforcing process discipline, improving execution quality, and building team capability through coaching and guidance. In addition, the role supports SOTIF activities for advanced and emerging systems, ensuring scenario-based risks are addressed and integrated into the overall safety case. This position is a Leadership Level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
