Restoration Coordinator / Estimator

• Must have experience in the Insurance Restoration and/or TPA Restoration Industry.
• Strong understanding of restoration project workflows and insurance program requirements.
• Proficiency in DASH software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with flawless English grammar and professionalism.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced emergency services environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Xactimate with a proficiency level o
• Xactimate certifications are highly desirable.
• Ability to write and review restoration estimates.
• Experience working directly with insurance carriers, adjusters, and third-party administrators (TPAs).
• Knowledge of water, fire, mold, and reconstruction restoration projects.
