We design, develop, and deliver high-quality enterprise systems, as well as systems integrations and work in a project-based consulting environment. Our solutions include API-driven clients, microservice architectures, event-driven integrations, cloud deployments, serverless applications, and web and portal front ends. Responsibilities Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver a technical solution that meets the unique needs of our clients Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audiences Leverage CapTech’s internal programs and self-directed training to continually develop industry-relevant knowledge and skills Understand and implement object-oriented design patterns Communicate effectively to team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge Provide technical mentoring Qualifications 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the Microsoft Stack OR Java Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including API documentation with Swagger/OpenAPI Strong background in database design and development, including SQL Server and NoSQL technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP Front-end development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue, with working knowledge of UI frameworks like Bootstrap Experience with AI development (agent-based) and AI toolsets ( Claude, CodeX, OpenAI, etc.) Preferred experience with AI orchestration Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows Familiarity with multi-system integrations, distributed systems, and enterprise integration challenges Solid understanding of application performance tuning, scalability, and optimization techniques Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts, designs, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Additional Information We offer customizable career progression and a comprehensive benefits package.
