Compensation- $18–$22 per hour, based on experience and skillset
- Full-time; Four 9-hour shifts per week
- Includes one weekend shift each week

As a Veterinary Receptionist (Client Care Specialist) , you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our clients and patients. You’ll help create a welcoming, supportive experience for pet owners while assisting our medical teams in a busy multi-doctor, multi-specialty hospital environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, staying organized in a fast-paced setting, and bringing empathy to every interaction. Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients while providing a warm, professional experience
- Prepare and review electronic medical records
- Assist with appointment scheduling and general client communication
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Process payments and assist with financial transactions
- Support medication fulfillment with attention to detail
- Provide compassionate support to clients during urgent and end-of-life situations
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication across departments

- Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple departments and medical teams
- Flexible with scheduling, including weekends and occasional holidays
- Fluent English speaking and reading skills required
- Veterinary reception experience
- Medical secretary experience
- Customer service or hospitality experience
