Accounts Payable Manager

What your future day will look like: Lead, mentor, and manage a lean but critical Accounts Payable team Own and oversee the entire AP lifecycle: invoice receipt, GL coding, approval workflows, and timely payments Manage and strengthen vendor relationships, resolving discrepancies with professionalism and urgency Reconcile vendor statements, monitor aging reports, and ensure accurate financial reporting for month-end close Refine and enforce AP policies and procedures to drive accuracy, speed, and compliance Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Operations, and Finance to align expense approvals and reporting Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities Type: Direct Hire Retirement PTO Paid holidays To be a champion in this role, you will need: Strong understanding of AP operations, internal controls, and accounting principles Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills 3+ years of progressive AP experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Experience with ERP or accounting platforms (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, SAP) Experience with Yooz or similar AP platforms preferred Godshall & Godshall Personnel Consultants, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and gives consideration for employment to qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, status as a parent or protected veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
