Learning Management System AdministratorThis position is responsible for the maintenance and efficient running of OCCC's Learning Management System (LMS) and is a liaison between the Center for Learning and Teaching and several other departments. As part of the CLT team, this person will lead a support system for students, faculty, and staff as they use the College's LMS and other technologies. The LMS Administrator will work to diagnose and correct issues with and improve the functionality of the LMS by providing all levels of support within the CLT team and will function as the primary point of contact for LMS and technical support. When required, this position will communicate with internal and external entities to identify potential issues and work with them to find solutions. This person will also develop and lead faculty trainings, create various resources regarding the LMS as well as other learning technologies, and work on various CLT and Academic Affairs projects and initiatives.Reports To - Director of the Center for Learning and TeachingWhat position(s) reports to this position? - N/AMinimum Education/Experience - Bachelor's degreeMinimum (3) years' full time work experience in an educational setting that includes a combination of technical support, LMS experience, technology training creation and facilitation, and/or creating accessible content. Equivalency/substitution: An Associate's degree will be considered if combined with minimum (5) years' full-time work experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree. Less experience will be considered if combined with technical certifications (ex.
