Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine driving patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This role offers the chance to support daily operations through strong communication and customer service while working with a team that is agile, reliable, and innovative, and always acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and contractor access requirements, and support badge and credential checks in accordance with location procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or maintenance or hazard-related concerns, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
