About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Customer Engagement and Experience Marketing Community Lead. This pivotal role is focused on leading the enterprise capability that coordinates HCP and KOL engagement across therapeutic communities and functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the enterprise customer engagement and experience strategy, establishing experience standards, and leading the TLL organization to ensure a connected and consistent customer experience. This includes maintaining the enterprise view of customer needs, journey pain points, and experience gaps, as well as shaping journey design and experience measures to enhance the impact of HCP interactions. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a deep understanding of HCP customer experience strategy, thought leader engagement, and commercial execution in complex markets. The role requires a strong ability to design and embed enterprise engagement models, experience in leading sizable field-facing or customer-facing teams, and a proven track record in TLL leadership and KOL strategy. The Executive Director will also be responsible for team and capability building, fostering a culture of customer-centricity, and ensuring strong compliance. A BA/BS is required, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of relevant commercial experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals, including significant leadership in HCP marketing or customer experience.
