This position is with a GEICO Exclusive Agent.

Responsibilities

• Learn GEICO products, quote and close prospect leads, and engage/follow up with new prospects
• Service existing accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities to support customer retention
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting client relationships
• Strong persuasion skills, competitive spirit, and a high-energy personality suited to being on the phone up to 75% of the day
• Strong computer skills for multi-system quoting, sharp attention to detail, and punctuality to see each quote through to completion

Requirements

• GA Insurance Producer License Preferred (Employer willing to cover licensing costs for the right candidate)
• Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and dependable, with strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills
• High-energy and driven to be the best, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, call center-like environment
• Strong computer, typing, and grammar skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
• Prior sales and customer service experience preferred; high school diploma required, college degree a plus; background and credit check required
